Request for Annotated Transcription Mode to Enhance Clarity

Feature request: an "transcribe and annotate" mode. Instead of fully rewriting, it would clean up the transcribed text while highlighting areas that need clarity or additional context. This feels like the sweet spot between pure transcription and complete rewrites, which sometimes go too far and lose important nuances.
