How to Disable Microphone Trigger Sound in Awesome Product

Awesome product 👍 I was hoping there was a way to disable the sound for triggering the mic, but I didn’t see any options.

That's interesting. I hadn't considered that. Is it because the sound takes too long? Or do you just not need or want the sound at all? If we made the sound different or better, would that change anything? This is great feedback.

Mainly if I’m on calls and want to essentially transcribe or dictate in real time, it gets annoying hearing it over and over if the conversation is dense

Having the indicator in the top menu gives me the visibility I need to see if it’s live or not

For my workflow specifically it would be really useful to have a hot key that maps to activating the mic for transcription and another hot key that pipes my voice command to open ai and then inserts the response wherever my cursor is. This way I can transcribe and create documents based on my dictation, then if I want to take an action like “get the 5 largest cancer centers in America” it is only a key stroke away.
