Exploring Text-to-Speech Feature for Talktastic Interaction Enhancements

Also, I wonder if we can make Talktastic do text-to-speech in addition to speech-to-text. Look at my screen and read the relevant things for me. That would completely change the way I interact (and I think many people interact) with their computers.
