Feedback on Product Usability: Issues and Suggestions for Improvement

Matt Mireles I love using this product but man, it’s a labour of love to use. It closes itself often, takes two or 3 attempts to start up, forgets the mic settings, etc. When it works, nothing else comes close but it’s painful to use. Please fix it and keep it stable. I really want you to succeed with this.
