Meet Joe: UK Firefighter Embracing TalkTastic for Work Efficiency

Hello everyone, my name is Joe, and I’m a Firefighter in the United Kingdom. I lead a crew in Birmingham and spend a significant amount of time in front of a computer compared to what I anticipated when I joined the service 19 years ago. I primarily use TalkTastic for relatively simple tasks such as writing reports and sending emails. I genuinely enjoy using the product. Additionally, it’s wonderful to feel valued and understood by the TT team on a personal level.

    Joe, I had no idea you were a firefighter! That is awesome man. I actually, in a previous life, was a wildland firefighter. I also worked as an EMT doing 911 in South Central Los Angeles in college. I got started out in college, I paid my way through school as a 911 paramedic. Really stoked to have you here, man. And I'm so glad that you're just using it to bang out your job. That's honestly what we designed it for. It's like how do you just make communicating what's in your brain just super easy for people, all day, everyday.
